BTW, the term “concierge services” is a bit unclear/misleading to me. Someone also now talk about conciergie journalism or conciergie media (see the atrticle: http://www.chefuturo.it/2016/02/messagistica-cambia-giornalismo-informazione/)
Here in your article, what you mention as conciergie services seem to me a subset of “conversational virtual messging assistants” like Facebook M, Amazon Alexa, etc. but specialized on personal / company day by day common task.
May you please propose your definition of “conciergie service” ?
Where come from the definition (if not your) ?
It’s maybe a trivial question of words and definitions, I admit, but is just to better understand my side (I’m Italian); by example conciergie journalism doesn’t sound good to me because seems something sinonimous of “servile” … so “majordomo news” sound like a not-indipendent journalism :)
What do you think about it ?
